If you’re interested in craft spirits, then plan a visit to see the distillery at Republic Restoratives, one of the city’s favorite distilleries. This unique business was founded by a crowd-funding campaign, and it continues to prove how much community support it has through its fun events and popular weekly tastings.
If you want to get a chance to explore the distillery and learn about how the craft vodka, bourbon, brandy and other spirits are made, sign up for a Saturday afternoon tour. Once the tour is over, you’ll head to the tasting room to sample each of the spirits and maybe even find one to take home with you.
