Bonchon specializes in made-to-order Korean fried chicken, and it is opening locations throughout the country. The restaurant’s signature Korean fried chicken wings or drums are served in soy garlic sauce, spicy sauce, or half and half, and for those that like a little heat, the spicy sauce has great flavor with a mild sweetness and a kick. Your order of wings also comes with one side, which ranges from pickled radishes to kimchi coleslaw to Parmesan-seasoned fries. Other items on the menu include fried rice, Korean tacos, bibimbap, salads, and more.
Bonchon’s interior is spacious, with a variety of seating at both booths and tables. The oversized windows let in lots of natural light, and the wall features a city skyline mural listing many of Bonchon’s international locations.
