A popular neighborhood sports bar near Newseum Residences, Iron Horse offers seating and a half-dozen different large screen televisions where you can watch the latest sporting events. You'll also find shuffle board tables, dart boards, and a pretty unique collection of vintage motorcycles hanging suspended from the ceiling and around the edges of the room. In fact, the whole place has a faintly industrial-racing atmosphere, like you're hanging out with Fonzie in the garage where he services his hotrods!
The bar keeps a dozen or more microbrews on tap (many from 3 Stars Brewing, which is just down the road), and regulars say you'll find good drink specials on weekends, as well as music and entertainment. If it's your first visit to Iron Horse, be aware that this place doesn't serve food, so if you're hungry be sure to eat something before you arrive.
